The type of personal information I collect - I currently collect and process the following information when required:

How I get the personal information and why I have it

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Request of a Marketing Project Quote

  • Agreement of a Marketing Project

  • Subscription to Newsletter

  • Any requirement of my services

 

I will not:

Share, sell, rent or trade any email lists with other companies or businesses for marketing purposes.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

(b) I have a contractual obligation.

(c) I have a legal obligation.

(e) I need it to perform a specific task.

How I store your personal information (this is dependent on your marketing project & what you use my services for)

Your information is securely stored using 3rd Party Services:

 

Passwords & login details for your social media, website or other 3rd party tools are stored either within Avast One Password Manager or on the iCloud

Passwords for Chrome Extension & iPhone Key Chain.

 

I keep your details for 7 years in line with HMRC for Tax purposes. I will then delete any electronic files from Microsoft 365 & Wix Website Forms.

 

Passwords & any login details will be deleted from Avast & iCloud no later than one week after completion of a project with you.

 

I also use Avast One as my computer & iPhone anti-virus protection & use a VPN when connecting to the internet on all devices.

Your data protection rights

 

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

 

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask me for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask me to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask me to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that I transfer the personal information you gave me to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
